RAVIA Global Technologies ran technology for a $250M toy manufacturer with full responsibility for MRP/ERP strategy and implementation. We defined the organization’s strategic goals and objectives and chaired the company’s strategic advisory board.

  • Transformed the existing SDLC to a more efficient agile approach while managing a $45M project management budget for technology, network, system, and application enhancements and implementations.

NY Construction Company

This major NY construction company invested a lot of money into their website, multiple social media campaigns and on search engine optimization. They choose good products, but there was no plan, strategy or services to measure the areas of defined success.

A Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund & Investment Management Firm

RAVIA Global Technologies acted as a strategic advisor and partner for this Investment Firm and Hedge Fund, a subsidiary of Major Tier-1 Financial Institution. We worked extremely close with the business groups, CTO, MD & Sr. VP of IT, Engineering and Application teams to assess and design a multifaceted, multistate solution. This consisted of areas to design, build, deliver, support and manage their production/DR data center environments and redundant disaster recovery (fail-over) trading floor. There were specific requirements that were implicitly needed to ensure peak technology performance and efficiencies were delivered at 99.999% uptime to the business and it's trading floor and data center environments.


  • Data center modernization and business assessments were conducted for data center consolidation, relocation and transformation & IT resiliency services

  • Inter-dependencies amongst applications and hardware mapped for proper breakdown and rebuild

  • Hybrid-Cloud environments were designed for AWS, Azure, Google - ServiceNow implemented

  • Planning assistance, comprehensive project management

  • Data center relocation services deployed (turnkey) across multiple states

  • Migrations for all hardware, data, voice/data network infrastructure, and applications

  • 2,000 sq. ft. data center design and layout completed and approved. Data center was built to complete specifications for raised floor, power, cooling and overhead ladder racks

  • Cable & Wiring layout and design, including Cat-6, Fiber and 10G handoffs was implemented with rack & stack services. A multisite and multistate, custom deployed and fully diverse dark fiber ring was built and installed across all business locations, data centers and redundant/DR trading floor

  • 150 seat, 7,500 sq. ft. trading floor was designed and built with two 8-person conference rooms, 5 ft. trading desks with sufficient power, phone systems, television service and quad monitors. IP trading turrets were utilized. 100 sq. ft was allocated for three (3) racks to hold all telecommunications, dark fiber deployments, servers and local storage

  • New racks, server/storage/networking hardware was ordered, delivered and installed

  • Business continuity and disaster recovery design was utilized and deployed

  • Virtualization, cloud and virtual desktop (VDI) technologies we used

  • All services and solutions built were designed and installed in two (2) separate data center Tier-3 facilities supplied by two (2) separate (fully diverse) sub-station power feeds
